The Service

The Barndo & Co Build Concierge helps you explore, plan, and manage a barndominium build: floor plans, cost estimates, land and financing readiness tools, an AI concierge, and — for paid plans — build-management features. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

Estimates are not quotes

All prices, cost ranges, tiers, scores, and AI answers in the Service are planning references, not offers or quotes. Final pricing for any Barndo & Co product is confirmed only in a written agreement. Build costs vary with your land, site conditions, code region, finishes, and local trades. Always confirm code, permit, and engineering requirements with your local authorities and licensed professionals — the Service does not replace them.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 to use the Service.
• Content you upload stays yours. You give us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display it to you (and to people you invite to your build).

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or rate limits, no scraping other users' data, and no reselling the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans

Paid features are billed as described at purchase. Shell-package codes unlock the plan they state. We may change plan pricing prospectively — never retroactively.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barndo & Co is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. We may update them; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means acceptance. Questions: concierge@barndoandco.ca.
